Our team will provide services in a respectful manner that positively represents both LLYON MEDICAL and our Free and Charitable Clinic partners. This exemplary conduct is expected of all our staff and employees and directs the way we treat and provide services to our clients, our partner organizations, and our community.

Our Mission

Llyon Medical was developed with a mission and a charge; to simultaneously support the complex and varying needs or our local veterans and to support free and charitable clinics. Our organization provides accessible, quality disability screenings for veterans in a respectful and professional environment while meeting the expectations of both our VA orders and the individual clients we serve. These services are done in partnership with free and charitable clinics in effort to support their work in the local community.

Helpful tips for VETERANS

  • All appointments are scheduled through the VA and not directly with our clinic.

  • If you need to reschedule this examination, contact LHI directly at (866) 933-8387 (VETS). Please do not contact the Clinic where your appointment is scheduled or the VA Medical Center/clinic where you may normally go for treatment.

  • It helps to bring all recent laboratory results (blood-work), and radiology (X-rays, Ultrasounds, CTs, and MRIs) to your appointment with us. Although many times the VA has your information already on file there may be resent documents that will help your case that we can submit during your appointment.

  • The VA has provided you with information on the time your visit will take. Please make note that our team is working hard for you and sometimes complicated cases take even longer when new information is provided or additional assessments are identified during your appointment. You may want to plan to bring a snack with you or anything you might need should the visit go over your stated time.

  • Bring valid photo ID

  • Bring all current medications, or documentation of your medications.

  • Firearms and weapons are not allowed at your appointment. To reschedule this appointment, contact LHI at least one business day prior to your scheduled appointment to determine if you are eligible.

  • If you are in crisis or concerned about someone, you can connect with the Veterans Crisis Line to reach caring, qualified responders with the Department of Veterans Affairs. Many of them are Veterans themselves and provide free, confidential support, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year:

    • Call the Veteran Crisis Line at 1-800-273-8255 and press 1

    • Online chat at www.VeteransCrisisLine.net

    • Send a text message to 838255
